Berlin Grande Hotel, Berlin

The hotel is set in a quiet area, away from the usual hustle, making it a peaceful retreat for furry friends. The room, albeit a bit small and lacking proper cooling, featured a luxurious shower with invigorating jets. It was kept impeccably clean, although the receptionist's demeanor left much to be desired.

My stay at the hotel was overall good. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although the lack of a Jacuzzi tub was a drawback. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill special requests. The location was perfect for exploring the area, but the limited cell service was a minor inconvenience. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of delicious options for breakfast. The facilities were satisfactory, though the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was unpleasant.
